About

As a trainer, facilitator, and coach, my mission is to contribute actively and consistently to building a workplace that fulfills more than our most basic need for a pay check — a place where people feel respected, valued, and able to contribute in alignment with their values. I am convinced that such workplaces can exist only when inclusion is intentional and diversity is genuinely appreciated. When people with different perspectives come together, we not only generate better ideas — we make smarter decisions and unlock the full potential of the group. This is the power of Collective Intelligence.

Over the years, I have committed to becoming a Collective Intelligence Catalyst: an agent for change and a meeting facilitator who creates the conditions for people to collaborate openly, share knowledge freely, and co-create solutions with a shared purpose. I design and facilitate spaces where diverse voices can meet, listen to one another, and build something greater together.

My role is to help individuals and teams cultivate these same capabilities — and to become catalysts themselves. The more of us there are who can foster trust, inclusion, and meaningful collaboration, the  more likely we are to shape workplaces where everyone can grow, learn, and thrive.

Passionate about making this vision real, I accompany individuals and teams on their journey toward more connection, creativity, and collective insight. At organisational level, I work with the Leadership Team to shape the corporate culture that attracts and retains talent – a culture that encourages people to give their best because the work they do and how they do it is fully aligned with their values.
